Two ingredients. A cleaner jerky is a healthier jerky. Excellent protein source — roughly 10g per serving. The marbling!!! The fat is the best part. I treat it as hard candy. Keep up the great work.
I literally just can't afford to buy more than I do. Texture is crunchy with chewy fat, perfect amount of salt. Honestly, if I hit the lottery tomorrow I am going to buy 2k+ bags off the rip.
