Is this actually different from beef jerky?
Yes. Jerky is dehydrated meat that's chewy and dense. Carnivore Snax is slow-dried at low temperature until the ribeye goes light and crispy. Texture closer to a chip, flavor closer to a steak.
Why does it cost more than regular jerky?
It takes a full pound of premium grass-fed ribeye to make one 5oz bag. We use Redmond Real Salt instead of cheap fillers. We never add sugar, soy, or seed oils. You're paying for the meat, not the marketing.
Is this keto and carnivore diet friendly?
