CARNIVORE SNAX JANUARY SAUNA SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Carnivore Snax January Sauna Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on January 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and ends on January 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM PST (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

2. SPONSOR

Carnivore Snax, LLC, 7801 N. Central Drive, Suite D, Lewis Center, OH 43035 ("Sponsor").

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, officer, or director are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Method 1 - Automatic Entry via Purchase:

During the Promotion Period, each qualifying purchase made on www.carnivoresnax.com will automatically earn the purchaser one (1) entry point per one dollar ($1.00) USD spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts applied). Purchases must be placed during the Promotion Period to be eligible. The registered email address associated with the customer account at the time of purchase will be used for entry and winner notification purposes.

Points Calculation:

• Entry points are calculated based on the final purchase amount after all discounts are applied but before taxes and shipping
• In the event of a return or refund, entry points associated with the returned/refunded amount will be deducted from the entrant's total
• Returns or refunds processed after the Promotion Period ends but related to purchases made during the Promotion Period will still result in point deductions

Method 2 - Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your name, complete address (including zip code), daytime and evening telephone numbers, date of birth, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: Carnivore Snax January Sauna Sweepstakes, 7801 N. Central Drive, Suite D, Lewis Center, OH 43035. Each properly completed mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by February 5, 2025. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer postmarked envelope. Mass entries or entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

General Entry Conditions:

• There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may accumulate through purchases during the Promotion Period
• Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void
• Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned
• Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified

5. PRIZES

Grand Prizes (2): Two (2) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) Heavenly Heat 2 Person Infrared Sauna. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $7,400.00 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $14,800.00 USD.

Prize Details:

• Sponsor will arrange and pay for standard shipping of the sauna to the winner's verified address within the United States
• Winner is responsible for all costs associated with installation, assembly, electrical work, and any modifications required to accommodate the sauna
• Winner is responsible for any additional shipping costs beyond standard delivery (e.g., special handling, expedited shipping, or delivery to locations requiring additional services)
• No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable
• All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
• Winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize if required by law

6. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Because participants who make purchases may accumulate multiple entries, and participants may enter via the free AMOE method, exact odds cannot be calculated in advance.

7. WINNER SELECTION

On or about February 3, 2025, two (2) potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address associated with their entry within three (3) business days of the winner selection date. Each potential winner must respond to the notification within ten (10) calendar days of the date the notification is sent. Failure to respond within the specified time period, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Before being declared an official winner, each potential winner will be required to:

• Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification
• Provide proof of identity and age
• Provide a valid shipping address within the United States

If a potential winner fails to comply with these requirements, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible, or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. If an alternate winner is selected, that alternate winner must also comply with all requirements within the same timeframe.

Limit one (1) prize per person/household/email address.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering and/or accepting a prize, entrants and winners agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, participation in the Sweepstakes, or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation or right of review, unless prohibited by law.

Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of a prize; (ii) lost, late, incomplete, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, or stolen entries or mail; (iii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alterations of, entries, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or via text message or any combination thereof; or (iv) injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree that the Released Parties: (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation, or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

11. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.carnivoresnax.com/pages/privacy-policy, and these Official Rules. By participating, entrants consent to Sponsor's collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and Official Rules.

12. DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, by participating, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will attorneys' fees be awarded or recoverable; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (d) entrants' remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrants irrevocably waive any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio.

13. WINNERS LIST/OFFICIAL RULES

For the names of the winners (available after February 15, 2025) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Carnivore Snax January Sauna Sweepstakes - Winners List/Official Rules, 7801 N. Central Drive, Suite D, Lewis Center, OH 43035. Requests for the winners list must be received by March 15, 2025.
