I love all meat and i have eaten alot of strange animals so when i heard joe rogan talk about this stuff i had to try it immediately fell in love with the stuff all of it the bison was good but to me alittle dry but good im such a fan i join in a membership cause i like it that much try it people it's good!

Carnivore Snax2 weeks agoHowdy Karena - sorry to hear you weren't a fan of the bison sliders. If you're looking for a juicier chip-like cut try our Beef Sliders, Ribeye Sliders, or Brisket Sliders. Bison is our leanest and one of our highest protein options, but can definitely be on the drier side in comparison to the others. A lot of people use it as a cracker/chip replacement. I know bison meet is very lean, but I would have liked a little more fat & more salt. Very dry. Okay flavor.
Carnivore Snax6 days agoHi Pam! Yes, our bison is the leanest cut we offer. Highly recommend trying Beef Sliders, Ribeye Sliders or Brisket Sliders if you're looking for a fattier slider. You'll find them to be less dry than the bison sliders. Hope that helps! We appreciate your business!
