The NY Strip was meh, the pork loin was mid and the bison was disgusting... I couldn't give it away - literally. That being said, the deliciousness if the rib eye and brisket makes up for it! I will come back just to get those two. They're amazing and everythg I was hoping for so it bumped the 1 star Bison and 2 star NY strip to a 3. I'd give the Rib Eye 5 stars and the Brisket 4.5!

I was very excited to try this product and unfortunately, I was immediately disappointed. It's not very crunchy, it has a dull fishy flavor that I cannot stand, and it's not salty like a chip like described. It's just not appetizing and has the consistency of sawdust. My dog was willing to eat the bison slider, but I spit it out. he will be getting these as high value treats. I wish I could get a refund since I spent so much trying to try all the flavors. But this was very disappointing.
