Because I live on a fixed income the wagyu is a treat. But when i can afford it I either get the Wagyu bottom round or the Wagyu brisket. If you can afford them, you can't go wrong. Wagyu bottom round, Wagyu brisket, and Wagyu chuck, holy smokes they are good.
