I enjoy the Brisket the most and the Ribeye is almost as good. So much better than beef jerkey for different reasons. First, Carnivore Snax is just meat and salt; none of the very bad for you additives. Second, the flavor is amazing. The texture is usually good. You get some pieces that are really tough or dry, but the rest of it makes it all worth it. I have a bag a day. It is my only go to snack. And their customer service is exceptional. Please support Carnivore Snax. I would be devastated if i could not get my brisket anymore. Thanks for reading my review.
