Carnivore Snax's Wagyu Chuck is a staple in my ketogenic diet. There is an excellent ratio of fat to protein (with 0 carbs!) and the taste is buttery, chewy, and oftentimes melts in your mouth. I pick up a few packages when they are available and they do sell out fast.
If I could, I'd give them a 10/5 stars.

I have tried just about everything available at C.S. and loved almost all of them. But the Wagyu Chuck is my very favorite. The flavor, crispness and marbling are absolutely perfect. I know it is expensive but, for me it is worth the money. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

I love just about everything from C.S. But I must say the Wagyu Chuck is off the charts great. I thought the Wagyu Brisket would always be my favorite, until I tried the Wagyu Chuck. Oh my goodness this stuff is good. Please never run out.
