Carnivore Snax's Wagyu Chuck is a staple in my ketogenic diet. There is an excellent ratio of fat to protein (with 0 carbs!) and the taste is buttery, chewy, and oftentimes melts in your mouth. I pick up a few packages when they are available and they do sell out fast.
If I could, I'd give them a 10/5 stars.

I am not a Hunt membership member now have I ever eaten Chuck. I am so glad i took a chance on this. I am very spoiled by Ribeye - it’s my #1 fave cut as it’s nice and chewy and i also enjoy the fat on it. I also like Brisket but mostly only the fat because I find Brisket to be too tough. I’ve been searching for something that is tender and flavorful like Ribeye but salty like Brisket and this is where the Waygu Chuck comes in. It is the happy medium between those two cuts. The Waygu Chuck has the perfect amount of marbling that makes it truly melt in your mouth and the tenderness of ribeye. The sodium is only a surprising 95mg but the taste you get, you’d swear there is more but there isn’t. It’s loaded with flavor and is like a party in your mouth.
This is one you don’t want to stop chewing. When you finish what you’re chewing, you just want more. You will go thru this bag fast so i recommend buying more than 2 at time. Kicking myself for not buying more than 1 my first time around. I won’t make that mistake again.

I’ve been ordering CS for a while now and they are probably my favorite snacks. They are low calorie and are limited ingredients and a better choice in my opinion than jerky. I’ve had almost all of their cuts. Nothing has disappointed except the crackinglings I just didn’t know what I was getting so it was my mistake. I haven't looked into the sustainability portion the claim but I love the snacks and it they market truthfully that's an even better reason to buy.

This is a great product to eat and enjoy. The strips are large and the taste melts in your mouth. For myself, the price does'nt bother me when this company puts out good products like this. Moreover, at least the meat is real and favorable. Thank you.
