When I got my 3 bags ( boare, ny strip, brisket) I went for the boar first and it was good, then the strip steak then brisket afterwards I went back the the boar and was just comparing them all. 2nd round of the boar got me sick as fck, I gave the bag to a guy at work and never looked back

It was definitely something that I think many people would like, but it wasn't my cup of tea. I enjoy it enough to finish the bag, but I likely won't get it again. The texture was not as good as pork loin, but the one plus to it is that its certainly healthier and leaner than the other pork items that CS offers. I'd recommend that people try it, but don't expect pork loin or anything big from it.

Not bad, but certainly not my favorite. The Wild Boar has a very unique flavor that, I'll bet, some folks would really like. I'll finish it but won't be ordering again.

Wasn't my favorite cut. Its got a interesting flavor to it (not really a gamey flavor) but still good. It won't be for everyone but I still recommend trying it.
