I had my doubts about this product but didn’t anticipate liking the texture. This many times over any vegetable chip. Admittedly I am a heavy meat eater but this is healthier than oil-loaded vegetable chips. I will buy these for variety.

I took advantage of the Black Friday sale and ordered nearly every kind (minus the membership ones). I love eating ribeyes, so i decided to try the sliders and am glad i did. This was the first bag i opened when my Snax arrived. Their size is perfect. You can fit at least one to two in your mouth at once. I did try to put in a few more but that wasn’t happening. I think they are great as a healthy snack or as a supplemental meal when you may have nothing in the fridge you want to eat, lol.

My bag had barely any fat on it and i was happy about that. The texture is like a meat chip. Not too thick, and not paper thin but just right. It’s thicker than biltong. They taste like they have some butter on them. Maybe that is the fat, not sure, but you know when you make steak in the pan and you let it sit a little bit and the bottom part gets white from the fat or juices that were released… well that’s what i taste on these. It helps lends some flavor to it for sure. I think they could honestly use more salt but there were some pieces that had more than others.

I like when you get down to the bottom the bag where you can eat all the shredded ones. The sliders have the perfect texture. You’re not going to get through this bag any time soon and there’s plenty in here to share too. I would definitely order these again. They have become my go to for my work snack and they are easy to eat and munch on when at work (where i need to use my hands a lot.) I think they would be a great…
