Carnivore Snax is has the most unbelievable stuff and the Skirt Steak is no exception. It is GREAT!!! That's probably why they run out so quick. I have know idea how they do it but if you like a certain cut of meat, and it's available, you can have that meat as a crispy, healthy snack.
